This framework was specifically developed for the NSW government telecommunications portfolio and captured both strategic and operational initiatives stemming from the portfolio's SAMP and AMP.
A prioritisation matrix and scoring mechanism was then built from the ground up for the portfolio with each initiative being meticulously scored and an improvement program being proposed over a 10 year timeframe.
