Assessment reviews also provide a window of opportunity for organisations to address any identified gaps through the implementation of outcomes based continuous improvement programs.

This best-in-class Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) was developed specifically for the NSW government telecommunications portfolio being the functional framework lead for all government telecommunications in NSW.
The SAMP was developed to establish a clear alignment between the Asset Management Framework, the Corporate Plan and the Operational Communications Strategy. This was one of the most crucial strategies written, clearly showing a demonstrable link between its strategic priorities and its compliance towards NSW Treasury’s Asset Management Policy.

Dubbed as the Asset Management Plan (AMP) to beat all other AMPs, this was one of the most innovative and comprehensive plans to be developed for the NSW government telecommunications portfolio.
Rather than follow a prescribed template, this AMP was designed from the ground up as an activity-based repository of information detailing how Telco manages its lifecycle activities against the components of it's asset management framework.
